UNIO B24 Extraction System

UNIO B24 Extraction System is a laboratory instrument for automated isolation of nucleic acids (DNA /RNA) from various biological sample materials (whole blood, serum, plasma, etc.) using the paramagnetic particles. Unio B24 Extraction System enables fast, pure, efficient and contamination-free nucleic acid isolation using the ready-to use cartridge system pre-filled by robotic tips and embedded protocols.

1 to 24 samples are loaded into the instrument very easily after just a short step of sample preparation. Cartridges are pierced for the first time by instrument and each sample is transferred to a dedicated reaction well by using separate sterile, filtered pipette tips assigned for each sample. This structural feature and the integrated UV lamps eliminate the risk of cross-contamination and provide a safe working environment.
