BioGenex Super Sensitive™ Polymer-HRP Detection System uses a non-streptavidin-biotin proprietary micro polymer-complex technology to minimize background staining wherein an antibody enhancer/amplifier and a polymer-HRP reagent are bound to the primary antibody and visualized by diaminobenzidine (DAB).
