PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
Magrev Tissue Genomic DNA Extraction Kit is a Real-Time PCR based in-vitro diagnostic medical device, IVD CE marked according to 98/79/EC Directive. Magrev Tissue Genomic DNA Extraction Kit has been designed for manual extraction of genomic DNA from human and animal tissue samples, and complex food matrixes such as gelatin or processed food samples.
Kit contains the required solutions for extraction as well as the plastic consumables for magnetic bead-based extraction. Magrev Tissue Genomic DNA Extraction Kit is highly compatible with Bosphore Real-Time PCR kits. Starting sample amount is 20-150 mg and DNA recovery (elution) volume is 60-100 µl.
